Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase must be included.
- Non-returnable: Panties, handmade/customized items, clearance products, and items with stains or odors.
Refund Solutions
We offer flexible solutions based on the reason for your return:
- Quality Issues: For manufacturing defects (loose seams, undone hems, etc.), we provide a full refund and you do not need to send the item back.

Personal Reasons: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you may choose:
- A 100% refund (customer covers return shipping).
- A partial refund (20%-50%) and you keep the item.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes of order placement.
- Defective Items: We replace damaged or defective items free of charge.
- Exchanges: Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your product for the best exchange scheme.
Shipping & Logistics
To initiate a return, email us at ohcomfyunderwear@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the address of the nearest warehouse. Please note:
- Return shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service for items valued over $10.
- If a parcel is marked "delivered" but not received, please provide proof from your local post office so we can investigate.
